Organized by the Parents’ Council of M. and H. Arslanian Djemaran, the opening of the New Year Bazaar took place on December 15, 2009, at the Djemaran’s newly constructed Dr. Adrineh Karakashian Hall.
As in previous years, this year accessories, sweets, cakes, dried fruits, chocolates, children’s books, toys, as well as crafts handmade by the Djemaran students were exhibited.
What was exceptional this year was the students’ artistic program as part of the bazaar. The visiting parents enjoyed both the performance of their children and the novelties for the bazaar carefully prepared by the Parents’ Council.
During its three days, the Bazaar created a holiday atmosphere in the school, where the students had the opportunity to visit during their breaks.
This initiative of the Parents’ Council and the participation of the parents are very much appreciated.
